FIAT, General Motors and Nissan, American and European
automobile specific requirements.
As part of
multi national organisations and global quality forums
experience were gained in Germany, UK, US and other European
countries on safety, health, environmental and quality
management system, stand alone or fully integrated.
Members frequently participated in best practice workshops on
Total Quality Management (TQM), business and operational
management, manufacturing principles and lean manufacturing,
supply chain management and management monitoring & benchmarking
principals.

Malcolm Baldrige criterion
forms an integral part of the approach for a fully integrated
system as the approach has been used widely with great success
