This application is designed to function as a hub for any safety, health, and environmental and quality management system, either fully integrated or stand-alone. It currently allows for ISO 9001/ ISO TS 16949/ ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 and can apply to any other standards if so required. The basic principals remain the same. It allows an organisation to have a complete road map of their SHEQ Management System and with 3 clicks can locate any subject within their SHEQ Management System. The system can function in parallel with other applications currently deployed by your organisation and with either hyperlink or OLE process can link or insert any applications for use. It includes registers for all elements for an organisation to function, allows for defining the interaction and sequence between these elements and ensuring all elements and its association between its documents, processes, communications, measurables, records and applicable standards and requirements are mapped using its artificial intelligence. It ensures that you automatically meet the General requirements and Control of documents elements within the ISO requirements system. Information within the system can be printed as reports and is easy understandable and extremely useful during audits and reviews of business processes. This is a ground-breaking approach for SHEQ Management Systems and will be the norm in future. DQS South Africa is officially supporting this software and will recommend this package to clientele wishing to obtain software support for their business processes. |

After selecting the interaction with other applications registered within various registries, using dropdown menus, immediate access is available to these applications by clicking on it. Alternatively, the same window is available for the specific application by clicking the details button. |

Once an application has been linked that trial can be followed from anywhere within the SHEQ Road Map as the link is mapped and function as a element on a road map that can be traced, especially helpful through audits where the entire management system supporting the requirements can be located and trail followed by you and the auditors. |

By clicking on the details button for a specific element in the ISO registry, it will open a page showing all associated processes and documents as it’s been mapped during the population process.
Selecting the detail button on any of these and again it will open a page showing the elements interaction with other applications of your SHEQ Management System. |
